14.4 today….some things to think about…
1- Dont kill yourself on the row, maybe go out hard but reel it in the last 10-15 cals to recover
2- Small sets on T2B, short rest…if you hit failure your in trouble
3- Same on wall ball…pay attention to your breathing and fatigue level
4- Cleans…go with fast singles, drop from top…remember this is a split time so if you don’t have MU you want to finish this as quick as you can.
5- MU….small sets, singles…no failed reps!
